Refund policy

All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Please email us at hello@thekookiestudio.com with the subject line: Return #OrderNumber, a photo of the received item and the reason for return. 

Return shipping fees will be refunded for items acknowledged to be defective or incorrect.

Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged (excepting when a defective item was received) and reach us within 30 days from the date of you receiving your parcel.

If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Please then contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

For international customers, please be aware there may be exchange fees and additional processing times.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at hello@thekookiestudio.com with the subject line: Exchange #OrderNumber, a photo of the received item and the reason for exchange.

Return shipping fees will be refunded for items acknowledged to be defective or damaged.

Returns must be unused, unaltered and reach us within 30 days from the date of you receiving your parcel.

If your exchange request is approved, a replacement will be sent to you once the returned item has been received and inspected.
